About Us

Hi, my name is Cecil McIntosh, I was very successful in business but unhappy with myself and my personal life. I was divorced and bankrupt.
  
This was my wakeup call that led me to seek help from an NLP practitioner to find better ways to reduce the stress in my life.
 
I write the Stressreliefblog to help entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and baby boomers to experience profound transformation because I have experienced the following challenges:
 
1. Successful in business but not happy with myself.
2.
 Chronic symptoms that affect my quality of life.
3. Do not know have the time to slow down.
4.
Wanted to control everything around me.
5. Problems communicating in my personal relationship.
6.
Unable to separate work from my personal life.
7. Satisfying others rather than self.
8.
Focus ONLY on making lots of money. 
 
 I know how it feels and could not make the changes by myself. I was too close to the forest to see the trees. I guess you can say I was in denial.
 
I started the Stressreliefblog in 2006 to help stress out entrepreneurs Learn to relax go with the flow and overcome chronic symptoms so that they can  quickly experience peace, power and work life balance. 

Prior to starting my consulting practice on health and healing I was a stress out entrepreneur who spent over 25 years in corporate sales.
