Here is another stress relief Strategy to stay focused and relax. Do you know that the easiest way to enjoy stress relief is to be the best that you can be?

Let me explain.

Let’s say that you are cooking a meal and you decide that the Son Of A Bitch ( SOB) you are cooking for does not deserve your cooking. It has got to be very stressful to cook this meal because you cannot give of your best.

Why?

Because in your head you think the SOB does not deserve it. However if you were to consider a different perspective and cook the meal for the SOB from the heart giving it all you have got. Then you would enjoy stress relief.

So what is the moral of the story?

The SOB will always be the SOB. There is no need to stress out about the SOB. When you always give of your best then there are no SOBs, but merely another opportunity to prepare the best meal of your life or not.
