Stress Relief and the Law of Attraction

Stress Relief and the Law of attraction can help you get what ever you want. The law of attraction is all about what you think about you will manifest. Let’s say you bought a new car. Then you will start to notice lots of new cars just like yours.

If you attended a party you will discover that there are pockets of people having conversations. You may notice working moms, dog lovers, Busy Business People in separate clusters. There is energy (law of attraction) where people of like minds tend to hang out together.

The Question

The challenge is what stops you from enjoying the law of attraction and
manifesting what ever you want?

The Answer

The answer is very simple. There is an objective and a subjective desire.

An objective desire

An objective desire may be buying a new car (something you can see and touch).

Subjective desire

A subjective desire could be having better communication with your partner. Let’s say in your language YOU refer to your partner as S.O.B. verbally or none verbally. Over a period of time the law of attraction will take place. Your partner will begin or continue to act like a S.O.B.

Understanding the law of attraction

The difficulty with understanding the law of attraction is generally lost because we think we can hide our thoughts. Thoughts are things and energy and although we think we are hiding our thoughts we are actually manifesting them.

For example you’re cooking and you remember that Sue’s banister needs fixing. Instead of cooking and enjoying stress relief, your mind wonders over to Sue’s broken banister. Next thing you know you have cut your finger.

Lack of focus

The cut on your finger is a direct result of the lack of focus on what you are presently doing. Yes thoughts are things. If you want to benefit from the law of attraction then you need to pay very close attention to your thoughts.

Sum Total of your thoughts

Whatever you have in you’re life at the moment is the sum total of your thoughts. The Law of attraction works whether you like it or not.
Your present state whether positive or negative is an accumulation of your
thoughts.

Holding Positive thoughts

When you understand how to hold positive thoughts constantly you will notice profound shifts in the behavior of the people around you.

So what is the solution?

1. First you need to understand that you are creating you destiny through your language verbally or none verbally.

2. Secondly since you’re creating your destiny with your language it is important that you choose the words you use carefully.

3. Third focus on the wonderfully positive behaviors of your partner or children rather than their shortcomings.

So what is the moral of the story?

It is time to stop blaming others for your inadequacies and take responsibility for manifesting abundant living through your language.

Stress Relief can help you stay focused

Stress Relief can help you stay focused especially if you are always rushing or in a hurry.Let me explainMary had made great progress on her journey of enjoying stress relief. Every now and then, Mary would run into a road block, because life did not go the way she expected. This road block was evident when Mary felt stuck (rushing or always in a hurry) and was no longer enjoying stress relief.

So how did Mary become unstuck?

When Mary became stuck she became very irritable and impatient. She started to rush herself out of this stuck state in order to stay focused.  However the more she rushed the deeper she got into her stuck state.

With some facilitation, Mary discovered that she could stay focused by playing more in her life (Mary was taking life too serious).

Playing more

Mary could play and stay focused in many ways. Perhaps the simple and most exciting way was to recall a pleasant memory. Mary quickly and easily recalled the time when she was 15 years old and she stole her father’s car.

Pleasant memory

This memory helped Mary to stay focused while regaining her self-confidence and patients. Play for Mary now meant stealing her father’s car and she could find this awesome memory instantly. In her playing state Mary found the answer to her stuck state.

So what is the moral of the story?

A stuck state is merely an opportunity to stay focused. life lessons are usually presented to you as “road blocks.” Now you can choose to play (find a past pleasant memory). Recalling this memory will allow you to receive answers to your stuck state.

Getting stress relief from her partners

Mary was looking for stress relief from her partners (she expected them to be her knights in shining armor). This need became a ,stressful situation; Mary discovered that her partners over the years could not give her stress relief. She had many wonderful partners but none of them could satisfy her desire. Then one day, Mary was touched by an awesome awareness.

Let me explain.

Mary met a partner who had a wonderful “quality of kindness”. This kindness look like her solution to all stressful situations or so she thought. Mary admired this quality and eagerly wanted to experience this “quality of kindness”.

Ultimate solution

Mary thought that this quality could be accomplished as easily and instantly as swiping a credit card. She expected that this would be herultimate solution of stress relief to her relationship challenges. Mary’s expectation of the “quality of kindness” as the solution to her relationship challenges soon faded away because of other factors.

Other Factors

You see there were other factors to consider. One of these factors was behavior. Mary noticed that there were other behaviors that she did not like because they created stressful situations. She also was not prepared to accept her partner’s shortcomings.

After many years of disappointing relationships Mary finally had a profound understood that in order for her to experience this “quality of kindness” and stress relief, she first had to find it within herself.

Secondly she needed to accept her own shortcomings.

So what is the moral of the story?

The “quality of kindness” is found inside you and there is no need to go looking outside yourself creating more stressful situations while looking for stress relief.

Enjoying stress relief through better communication

Enjoying stress relief through better communication can help you have better sleep.Mary was enjoying amazing stress relief (communicating with her partner) in her relationship.

Suddenly, “Stress Relief” disappeared and Mary became a force to be reckoned with, all bent out of shape. Where did stress relief go?  Let me explain. Mary usually spent “quality time” with her partner, but her partner got busy at the time that Mary enjoyed her “quality time” (this really upset her apple cart).

Lack of communicationInstead of communicating her desire to have her usual “quality  time”, Mary did not express her feelings.

Consequently, communication broke down and Mary got real angry (like a force to be reckoned with, all bent out of shape, pushing an upset apple cart).

This anger was so profound that it created physical discomforts and sleepless nights. Finally Mary did a reality check and discovered that all she had to do was to express her feelings (tell her partner what she needed).

So what is the moral of the story?

Getting angry only has negative affects on your health. Simply expressing or communicating what you need from you partner can be the cure for your physical discomforts and sleepless nights.
