Most entrepreneurs and solopreneurs that I facilitate have difficulty when it comes to be able to stop negative thinking. Negative thoughts can cost you a bundle in achieving your goal of financial success.#2: Thoughts and attitude
Thoughts and attitudes cannot be changed in an instant or even over night. It takes work to make your mind aware that it is thinking negative thoughts or putting out negative images.
It has to be trained to think only good and positive thoughts. Visualize positive outcomes to the situations in your life.
This will take patience and perseverance and it is something that will need to be worked on every day. Soon, positive thinking will become more natural and you will think good thoughts automatically.
#3: Visualization
Visualization is a great way of turning negative thoughts into positive ones.
When a situation pops up, look at it and allow your mind to see a positive outcome. Expect things to work out instead of picturing the worst possible outcome.
You may believe the power of positive thinking is a dream or a myth. Why not give it a try for just a few days or a week.
See if your attitude will change toward your circumstances.
Remember, positive attracts positive.
Smile often! It may change your life and help you achieve your dreams.

As entrepreneurs and solo preneurs a positive thinking attitude is necessary for us to manage feelings of overwhelm.Positive thinking is the notion that if one thinks good things, good things will then follow. While this method of thinking may seem absurd, there is good reason for positive thinking.
#1: Positive thinking helps to lower blood pressure. One’s blood pressure can rise with the levels of stress and concern that one experiences. If one does not worry about the upcoming events, but rather thinks in positive manner, then one’s blood pressure does not go up and can even go down.
#2: Positive thinking can brighten moods. Pessimistic people are not the people that other people want to be around. Those looking on the negative side of life are often too serious and too negative for people to want to be around.
Positive thinking people tend to be more fun and therefore more people want to hang out with them.
#3: Positive thoughts can make for positive effects. For an example, if one thing that he or she is smart, rather than being dumb, then one is more likely to act and appear intelligent.
This in turn helps to promote one to further his or her reading and other skills which makes them smarter overall.
#4: Positive thinking can make one more confident. Rather than thinking that everything is going to fail, thinking that everything will turn out great makes one more likely to try something new and more likely to take on larger challenges.
The success of these new tasks leads to a higher level of self esteem and confidence, which can translate out to a more satisfying lifestyle.
#5: Positive thinking can lead to more friends. People love happy, positive people.
Simply follow the steps above and you will develop a positive thinking attitude in your life. Now, I challenge you to do something about your problem by finding a piece of paper and getting busy following the strategy I outlined above.

Most entrepreneurs and solo preneurs that I have facilitate over the last 14 years want to have better coping skills to manage stress and sex but this goal is often neglected because they are too busy.The whole issue here is that we’re too busy.
Life is moving very quickly. Because we are materially based and we need to accumulate more, we tend to go so quickly that when it comes to having sex or spending time with your partner, you’re all stressed out.
You want to go to sleep.
One of my clients said that for her, sex was a way to control. She felt very, very powerful.
She said, “If I don’t get what I want, then I’m going to withhold sex.” That’s one way of doing it.
Other people have mentioned that they get angry and hold grudges, or they focus on the kids. Most of all, they don’t take care of themselves.
The whole issue about enjoying sex boils down to you having a focus on what you really want.
When you understand what you really want, then you will decide what’s important for you.
Is it okay to be angry and hold grudges?
Is it okay to be busy?
You have to decide what’s important and what you want.
Any time you decide what you want, you can have it. Whether its sex or money, we have to decide what’s important in our lives and how it would affect our family.
That’s what we have to decide now to be in a healthy relationship.
When we decide what we want, then that’s what will happen. We can focus on that and we can get the appropriate help if needed.
That’s what needs to happen for us to relax. Until we learn to do that, we’re not going to relax.
One of the biggest challenges for stress and sex is to be able to slow down and enjoy work life balance. It’s important to remember that you have needs which must also be met in order to have a healthy relationship.

In all my years of working with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs dentist phobia seems to be one of the problem that can cost them a bundle.Wayne: This is very similar to the physical, is it not?
Cecil: Yes, it is.
I was talking to one of my clients and she said, “Going to the dentist for me is like the gynaecologist.
He checks all over me.”
I said, “So what?”
She said, “He sees all my imperfections and I don’t particularly want to go there.”
We have this myth that when we go to the dentist, the dentist will check us out and see all of our imperfections.
I’ve noticed over the years that dentists have changed their technology. Now some of them say that the whole treatment is painless.
The technology in dentistry has improved tremendously. As far as I know, dentists are very efficient in what they do.
The challenge is then, “What stops you from wanting to go to the dentist?” There is no longer the excuse that it’s painful. The technology has shifted.
I can only agree with what this lady said. I have my imperfections and I don’t really want dentists to check out all of my imperfections. That seems to be the issue here.
The important thing about going to the dentist is if you have any gum diseases or oral or tongue cancer, the dentist can catch it early. What is does for you from a health perspective is to protect you from unwanted health challenges.
Seeing that we live longer, it’s very important that we know what health issues we have and get the appropriate help.
What is so exciting about these thoughts of dentist phobia is, that they can trigger you back to the way of achieving greater success, or revive a tired effort you may have abandoned, and inject it with new hope and energy.

Compliment a person:
Have you been in a hurry and are about to leave the store with a couple of items, however, when you get to the checkout counter there is a long line up?
Here is your chance to stop and take a break. Life gives us these wonderful opportunities ever so often.
Be genuine when you compliment the person in front or behind you.
This could be the first positive comment that person might have heard for the day.
Start a conversation:
You could alternatively start a conversion about the weather. The secret is to keep the conversation positive. So if the person starts to complain about the weather- you could say something like “if this line was not so long we would have never met. What do you do for a living?” Be creative, you’ll come up with something.
The customer in front of you is short 24 cents for the bill…pay it.
You’re in the line and you are talking to the person beside you only because the quick check out is slow and there is a long line.
So you have this amazing conversation going and as your friend is about to check out they are 24 cents short. Here is an opportunity for you to help out unconditionally, because chance are you’ll never meet that person again.
Think of all the positive energy and great feeling that person will have for the balance of the day.
Guess what?!
You got a chance to slow down and relieve stress.

I was in Montreal visiting my wife’s 82 year old auntie, just a few days ago. Usually the conversation is fun and light hearted like chats with friends. But this time Auntie said something that stopped me iced-cool in my thinking.And you know something you’re right but what do your friends and family think. You may be very surprise.
Sometimes it is very difficult for us to see the forest from the trees. However, there is another tell tale sign.
Do you ever recall saying – when you have enough money you will go on holiday or take a weekend trip with your family. But you never seem to have time because you are so busy making money.
In fact, you only take the time to stop when you are forced to stop because of a health challenge.
This making more money syndrome can become very addictive. And like most addicts we seem to live in denial.

You have all this raw drive and energy which is not properly channelled.
So what would happen if you focused on enjoying a balanced life while chasing your dream – Instead of achieving material success at the expense of your health?
There is not only hope but a definite course of action you can take to break this pattern of behaviour.
Just imagine for a moment what your dream would be look like if you were really dealing with stress naturally.
How would your relationship with your partner change?
What would happen when you are no longer quickly losing your temper?
Consider the implication of your statement: You’ll take a weekend trip with your family when you have enough money.
How does that make you feel?
No matter how long you have been in business, you will need a skill or technique to help you overcome panic attacks. The good news: You only need to stop and use ONE of the suggestions I have outlined to change your behaviour. It’s that simple to bring back fun into your life again.
