Stress relief and stressful situations

Stress relief and stressful situations although simple to conquer can be difficult to understand and experience.

Let me explain

Most of my clients in my private “one on one” sessions desire to have peace of mind as a solution for dealing with the stressful situations in their lives. The challenge with peace of mind is very simple. You see “peace” is made up of many “pieces.”

When your focus on “peace”, you will be met with more and more stressful situations. Sooner or later you may discover that “peace’ is only achieved by first addressing all the individual “pieces” of stressful situations.

Can you get stress relief from communication?

Can you get stress relief from communication? No you cannot because this is a myth.

Here is a quotation that explains this myth.

“The key to any loving unconditional relationship is listening but generally we have been taught to communicate and very little time is spent on learning how to listen. It is like two tape recorders talking to each other”

Stress Relief and worrying about the past

Stress Relief and worrying about the past will get you nowhere because “If you always live in the past, then there is no future.”

Stress Relief and Perfection

You can enjoy stress relief and perfection when you no longer need to be in control.

Let me explain

Mary got profound stress relief by always being in control. Over the years however, the more she thought she was in control, the less stress relief she experienced. This made her feel helpless. Mary felt like she was burning the candle at both ends.

So what is the moral of the story?

As a hypnotherapist, NLP Trainer and Energy worker, I have discovered that you know you are in control, when there is no need to be in control.
