Stop Negative Thinking In Its Tracks: 3 Simple Stress Management Tips For A Positive Attitude…

Stop Negative ThinkingMost entrepreneurs and solopreneurs that I facilitate have difficulty when it comes to be able to stop negative thinking. Negative thoughts can cost you a bundle in achieving your goal of financial success.

Negative attitudes and thoughts release a poison into our bodies and that causes more negativity and feelings of unhappiness. This paves the way for failure, disappointments, and frustrations.

There are several little known resources, tips ideas that not only can save you a ton of money, but make you dream affordable. And I am about to reveal 3 simple stress management tips to stop negative thinking.

#1: Smile

If you have been raised in a negative atmosphere, it may be difficult at first to start thinking in a positive way. The first step is to smile more. A smile is said to be contagious. Try smiling at a stranger and see if it is returned. Smiling gives you a healthier sense of well-being and it takes fewer muscles than frowning!

#2: Thoughts and attitude

Thoughts and attitudes cannot be changed in an instant or even over night. It takes work to make your mind aware that it is thinking negative thoughts or putting out negative images.

It has to be trained to think only good and positive thoughts. Visualize positive outcomes to the situations in your life.

This will take patience and perseverance and it is something that will need to be worked on every day. Soon, positive thinking will become more natural and you will think good thoughts automatically.

#3: Visualization

Visualization is a great way of turning negative thoughts into positive ones.

When a situation pops up, look at it and allow your mind to see a positive outcome. Expect things to work out instead of picturing the worst possible outcome.

You may believe the power of positive thinking is a dream or a myth. Why not give it a try for just a few days or a week.

See if your attitude will change toward your circumstances.

Remember, positive attracts positive.

Smile often! It may change your life and help you achieve your dreams.

One of the biggest obstacles that prevent entrepreneurs and solopreneurs from being able to stop thinking negative is that they are too busy.

I hope I have helped to change your thinking. When you realize how simple and easy it is to relieve your stress on a daily basis, you will look forward with excitement to search and find more opportunities to have fun each day.

We appreciate your feedback. Comment below and tell us what you think.

10 Things You Don’t Know About Your Point Of Focus That Could Save Your Life…

Point Of Focus For Life Sometimes as entrepreneurs and solopreneurs you need a rude awakening for you to discover your point of focus. If you miss the details about affects of stress on my health and my sales career get more details by going to 8 Things I Wish I Knew about the Affects Of Stress Before I Started My Sale Career.

There are several little known resources that not only can save you time and make you money but make you dream come true. And I am going to reveal 10 things you don’t about your point of focus that could save your life.

Tip #1:

That’s when I started to learn NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I realized, “I have some free time now.
What do I do with it?”

I started doing some personal development seminars. NLP is one of the fascinating things I started to play with.

Tip #2:

That whole issue of stress causing you to be in the hospital with chest pain is a myth because I wasn’t looking out for myself. I wasn’t focused.

Tip #3:

I was attempting to do too many things and was all over the place.

Tip #4:

In a partnership, we need to understand adjustments have got to be made.

Tip #5:

When I admitted that there was a health issue, I decided, “Fine, if there is a health issue, how I solve the health issue?”
You solve the health issue by being focused.

Tip #6:

I ate properly and stayed 9 to 3.

I was very effective and efficient to do something else.

Tip #7:

People say, “How can you be so busy and get work done?” You can get work done if you’re focused. When you’re focused, it’s amazing how much you can accomplish.

Tip #8:

As a consequence of being aware that there was a discomfort and pain in my chest, that made me more aware of my health and helped me to understand, “This is your health. You need to look after yourself.”

Tip #9:

I was very involved in the community looking after everybody else except myself. This was a message to me saying, “Uh, uh. It’s time for you to stop.”

Tip #10:

When I stopped to pay attention to that, that’s when my whole gift of relaxation and meditation was able to come true. I realized I had a gift and wasn’t using it.

The chest pain for me was very profound because it triggered a ripple effect in regard to health that has allowed me to be where I am today and to teach what I do today.

One of the biggest obstacles that prevent entrepreneurs and solopreneurs from having a point of focus is that we are too busy chasing the latest FAD. Consequently, we are easily distracted and lose our sense of purpose.

I hope I have helped to change your thinking. When you realize how simple and easy it is to improve your relationship on a daily basis, you will look forward with excitement to search and find more opportunities to have fun each day.

We appreciate your feedback.

Relationship Tip: Are You Missing This Bedrock Principle To Improve Your Relationship?

Improve Your Relationship - Embrace and SmileThe success of entrepreneurs and solopreneurs to improve your relationship depends on the ability to make the necessary adjustments.

However, despite many years of trying you may not have been able to achieve your dream.

Now I am here to reveal a simple solution to you and I would prefer if you see this information as the years of your futility coming to an end rather than beating yourself up.

This principle is about making adjustments to improve your relationship.

My partner is a nurse and every two weeks her hours of work changes from 7am to 3pm to 3pm to 11pm.

I’ve made that adjustment. The whole thing is you’re supposed to support your partner. That’s how I do it.

I support her by being with her and spending time with her. This means every two weeks I’m on a different time schedule but it allows our relationship to grow.

She knows it doesn’t matter what shift she’s on, I’ll spend some time with her.

In a partnership, we need to understand adjustments have got to be made. You partner might get a promotion or travel a lot. It’s just the nature of the business. You need to make the adjustments.

You can’t say, “This is the way it was before we met and it’s supposed to continue this way.” Life changes so quickly that we don’t have a say in the matter. The secret is how you make the adjustments to whatever is presented to you.

What we teach in our process is you need to be able to make the adjustment no matter what is presented to you. Make the adjustment, refocus, and relax anywhere anytime, in spite of what’s happening around you.

That’s the key. It’s the only way you can go because you have no say in how things are going to work out. If you have the tools to make the adjustments then it’s irrelevant what happens, you don’t really care.

Now that you understand the secret principle on how to improve your relationship, you can consider accepting your partner unconditionally because you are getting something in return.

What is so exciting about these new perspectives, is that they can accelerate the journey on your road of relationship success, or revive a flagging effort you may have abandoned, and inject you with new hope and energy.

Stop Overwhelm In Its Tracks: 2 Simple, Relaxation Tips on How To Better Your Relationship…

Better Your Relationship While Jogging on the BeachIn all my years of working with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs many of their challenges are about how to better your relationships.

As you know we are all looking for a partner who is supportive and on the same path?

There are several myths that can compound this problem. I am here to share one of these myths with you and reveal the real truth behind this myth.

Here’s the myth:
Stress causes you to be angry with your partner because your partner works long hours

Wayne: Is that all because of stress?

Cecil: Yes and no.

The issue is that you know what kind of work your partner is doing. For example, my wife is a nurse and works 7:00 to 3:00.

She’s supposed to finish work at 3:00. If someone is admitted to the floor around 2:45, my wife could be there another hour and a half.

Tip #1:

If I go pick her up after work and she tells me she has to work another hour and a half, there’s nothing I can get upset about.

That’s just the nature of her work. You need to understand that’s just the way it is.

Some of us understand this. There’s no point in getting angry with the person.

Wayne: I would think you are very unique there. Most people who have to wait for their spouse for an hour and a half would be going crazy.

Cecil: Initially, I wondered about it but what I discovered is that is the nature of her business. To put it in context, I work from home.

My clients know I go pick up my wife at 3:00 so there are no appointments then. The whole thing is about understanding the nature of the business.

Wayne: So you readjusted your schedule.

Tip #2:

Cecil: I have to make the adjustment in my life and say, “Here’s what it is.” Another example, my wife also works 3:00 to 11:00. I need to make an adjustment and I choose to make this adjustment. When she comes home at 12:30 at night, I can spend some time with her.

This means every two weeks I’m on a different vibration. We teach in our relaxation programs that you can’t decide how you want to live your life. You’ve got to take the situations and make adjustments to them. When my wife comes home late at night, instead of her being up alone and I’m sleeping, I spend one or two hours with her.

One of the biggest obstacles that prevent entrepreneurs and solopreneurs from learning how to better your relationship with your partner is the ability to adjust to circumstances and go with the flow.

I hope I have helped to change your thinking. When you realize how simple and easy it is to improve your relationship on a daily basis, you will look forward with excitement to search and find more opportunities to have fun each day.

Relieve Stress Tips I Wish I Knew About Relationships When I Was 21…

Relieve Stress in Your RelationshipIn my over 14 years of facilitating solopreneurs and entrepreneurs their main goal is to be independently wealthy. Most people are successful in business but when it comes to their relationship it’s a totally different story.

I am saddened to see the issues that evolve around money. There are many ideas that not only save you a lot of time and frustration over money in relationships but are very easy to learn.

Here’s the good news: I am going to reveal a mind shift that you wish you knew to help you relieve stress when you were 21.

We are agreeing that we need money for the basic necessities of living. So Money is good. The problem is we get so attached to money. We don’t want to talk about it.

Money is something that needs to circulate and needs to flow. If you hold on to it too tightly and get too attached to it, you will create a problem.

It is not that your partner and money stress you out. The whole myth here is that you do not have communication.

There are all kinds of beliefs about money and sharing, and what’s mine and what’s yours.

If you really understand what a relationship and commitment mean, it doesn’t matter who has what.

That is nobody’s business.

It doesn’t matter where it gets paid from as long as it is paid. That is the way it’s supposed to be. But because of our beliefs and ego, we want to have one up on our partner.

That creates problems.

You shouldn’t do this, but it happens.

Wayne: When we say that your partner and money stress you out, that is actually just blaming, isn’t it?

Cecil: Yes.

We need somebody to pick on and say, “This is somebody’s fault.” The reality is that in a relationship, you need to take responsibility as a couple and make sure that everything is taken care of.

Everybody has issues. Whatever issues you have internally is a whole different story. It has nothing to do with paying the bills and it has nothing to do with your partner. We blame them because of a lack of understanding. I call it ignorance.

No matter how long you have been in a relationship, chances are you are ignoring the fact that you need help to relieve stress. The good news: So pick the solution you need to pay attention to, from the ones I outlined above to solve your problem and guarantee your dream of a healthy, wealthy and happy life style.
