5 Keys To Relaxation And Stress Relief Management You Didn’t Know About Imbalance.

Relaxation and Stress Relief ManagementOne of the major challenges for entrepreneurs and solopreneurs is an effective system for relaxation and stress relief management.

Being successful in business does not guarantee that you will be happy in your personal relationship. As a matter of fact the imbalance created by suppressing our feelings in order to be successful can cost us a ton of money trying to fix the resulting health issue.

Life is meant to be enjoyed and have fun. However, they are several know ways that not only can save you lots of money but make your dream of health wealth and happiness a reality.

And I am about to address this issue by revealing the 5 keys to relaxation and stress relief management you didn’t know about imbalance.

Wayne: Cecil, I would imagine everybody has been so far out of balance that they wouldn’t know it if they were in balance. What are they going to feel?

Cecil: When you’re in balance, here’s what happens. People who want to learn meditation go study meditation and learn relaxation.

#1: When you’re in balance, you are the meditation. You are the relaxation. It’s like a magnet. Everything comes to you.

#2: I have a client right now and this is phenomenal. He’s out there building a home and he says, “Things just happen when I need them too. I’m not looking for anybody. Everybody comes to me.”

#3: That energy shifts and people come to you. They want to give you something. They want to help you. That’s when you know you’re in balance.

#4: Imbalance is the opposite. You’re fighting, you’re screaming and nobody wants to talk to you.

#5: Balance is when everything just flows along. If there’s a hiccup, you acknowledge the hiccup and observe. That, too, will go by and then you’ll be back in balance again.

I’m not saying that because you’re in balance, there won’t be any hiccups. There will be hiccups, but as a result, everything comes to you.

Now that you understand the keys to relaxation and stress relief management which can help you create balance in your life you can consider accepting your feelings to ensure a life of health and happiness.

What is so exciting about these new perspectives, is that they can accelerate the journey on your road of relationship success, or revive a flagging effort you may have abandoned, and inject you with new hope and energy.

Stress Management Plan: 10 Things You Didn’t Know About Suppressing Your Feelings That Could Save Your Life.

Stress Management PlanMost successful entrepreneurs and solopreneurs would like to have a stress management plan for dealing with their feelings.

Experiencing your emotions can get in the way of success in your business because you may have a fear of  losing control.

Naturally it is easier to suppress your feeling rather than deal with them.

Nothing can be further from the truth. There are many little known ways that not only save you a ton of money but make your dream become a reality. And I am about to reveal and debunk the myth that stopped you from having a stress management plan.

You are about to discover 10 things you didn’t know about suppressing your feelings that could save your life.

Here’s the myth: Stress creates an imbalance.

Cecil: In life, whatever you focus on is what you’re going to get. If I use myself as an example, I focused on work and making money.

When there is a very, very strong attachment to something, we call it focus. We call it tunnel-vision. We call it what we need to call it, which is wonderful. It does serve a purpose.

What you will discover along the way is that’s not all there is to it.

I was in a seminar one day where there were a number of millionaires doing presentations. I actually did a little survey. I like to sneak up and do surveys.

I did surveys of some very, very successful people. I found all of them did very well successfully, but some of them were so tunnel vision on success that they suppressed their feelings.

#1: What I did was offered them some relaxation techniques that would force them to get in touch with their feelings. They couldn’t do it.

#2: When we’re so tunnel vision, we forget about our feelings. We forget about how we feel, especially men. We don’t want to express our feelings.

#3: As a consequence of not expressing our feelings, we get attached to something. That attachment creates imbalance. That imbalance means that the body becomes out of balance.

#4: When the body becomes out of balance, there are health issues, heart attacks and strokes.

#5: We don’t understand that we need to have a balance in life.

#6: All these things are going to happen because we get so attached to something.

#7: Yes, the attachment brings us success, but over a period of time you’ll find that you’d better change your methods. You’d better bring all the other things into place. You can bring your family in. You need to have better communication with your partner.

#8: You need to have more fun. We’re not having enough fun because we get too serious about accumulating material assets.
That’s where the imbalance comes in. If you can incorporate fun in whatever you’re doing, then that’s balance.

#9: Stress creates an imbalance. That’s a whole myth. The myth is that we need to have fun and enjoy life.

#10: Whether we’re making a lot of money or a little bit of money is irrelevant. As long as we’re having fun, we’re doing well and we have a balanced life.

No matter how long you have been in business, chances are you are not aware of the need for a stress management plan for suppressing your feelings. The good news: So pick the tip or tips you need from the ones I outlined above to solve your problem and insure your healthy and happy life style.

We appreciate you feedback. Comment below and tell what you think. Peace.

Material Assets: Are You Missing This Bedrock Principal To Acquiring More Money?

Material Assets - Rain of DollarsMost entrepreneurs and solopreneurs based their success on getting material assets.

This desire although necessary can cloud your thinking and as a result you may ignore your health which can cost a ton of money for high blood pressure medication.

Life does not have to be this stressful. There are several know solution that not only can save you money but make your dream of health, wealth and happiness a reality.

And I am about to debunk the myth that has created this false way of thinking about material assets.

Here’s the myth: Stress causes you to strive for more and more material assets

Wayne: That’s not really stress, is it?

Cecil: No it’s not, but that’s the myth. The myth is that it’s stress. We have been taught from a young age to acquire material assets. That’s the barometer. That tells us that we’ve “arrived.”

Wayne: If that’s what you’re focused on, does that not cause more and more stress?

Cecil: Initially, it doesn’t appear that way. It appears that you are after your outcome and that it’s okay.

It’s like going to the buffet table. You go up to the buffet table and see all your favourite stuff. You have a choice. You can take a little bit and come back tomorrow, or you can take as much as you want and become constipated.

What we do in the context of the material possessions is we become constipated because we just want more and more and more. After a while, the constipation sets in because we’re not happy and we’re not going anywhere.

You say, “I thought I needed material assets.” Yes, your assets are important. Material possessions are necessary for us to function in some form or fashion, but excess is where the problem is.

The question then is, “If you want more and more Physical assets, who do you, need them for?” What I’ve discovered from my experience is a lot of us need them for attention or to prove something in a material context.

That’s fine, but the consequence is you’ll pay with your health.

It’s going after the material assets, focusing on that and neglecting your family, your children and your wife that puts a lot of stress on you. Stress accumulates over the years because you’re not really interested in anything else but material possessions.

You still have to live your life.

You still have to communicate with your family and whoever is around you.

You might have the material possessions, but I’ve seen a lot of cases where people have the material assets and I see them in the hospital.

They say, “Cecil, I never thought I would be in here.”

We don’t understand that we need to have a balance in life. You just can’t go focusing on the material. We also have to look at ourselves internally and what helps us to stay healthy so that we can enjoy our lives.

Now that you understand the secret principle on how to acquire material assets, you can consider paying more attention to yourself because you are the key to your health and happiness.

What is so exciting about these new perspectives, is that they can accelerate the journey on your road of business success, or revive a flagging effort you may have abandoned, and inject you with new hope and energy.

We welcome you feedback. Comment below and tell us what you think.

What Is Your Gift: Are You Missing This Basic Principle To Running A Successful Business?

What is Your Gift - Health and happinesSome entrepreneurs and solo preneurs are successful in business not knowing what is your gift and consequently unhappy with themselves. This experience can cost you a bundle emotionally and financially.

It breaks my heart to see well intentioned people suffer unnecessarily because they are not aware of some basic myths that not only uphold this story but make their life miserable and their dream appear hopeless.

And I am about to debunk this myth so that you can discover what is your gift and have a successful business.

Here’s the myth: Stress causes you to “be” the business.

Wayne: Is this a bad thing, being the business?

Cecil: I think being the business is an extremely bad thing. If you own your own business, you work in a business or have a business that deserves your attention, the challenge here is if you become the business, then all you’re doing is you are working and making money.

What needs to happen is the business needs to run itself whether you are an entrepreneur, you own the business, or anything you do in the context of the business.

It is really important that you understand this because from a health perspective, you cannot go 24/7.

Let’s assume you get called away from your business. Do you have structures in place to look after the business? This is where the business can actually fold because you are all there is to it.

I believe all of us have all been born with a special gift. The really important business we should be in is the business of finding out what is unique about us, what we are good at. When we find out what we’re good at, we should focus on that.

There are a lot of things we don’t particularly want to do. For me, I don’t like to do bank reconciliation. I just don’t want to do it. I know it’s important, but I don’t want to do it. I hire someone to do it.

You need to take a break for yourself.

The whole business that we should be in is the business of finding out what is unique about us, our products and our services. Find out what that is and focus on it.

Whatever other services you need, you can bring the experts in.

That way, you have a stronger foundation. You are providing the uniqueness of your business to your clients and you’re hiring the other people to support you.

Then you have a phenomenal business, which you can take off and leave whenever you choose to.

The whole concept here is that stress causes you to be the business.

No. You don’t need to be the business.

Now that you understand that knowing what is your gift is one of the secret to health and happiness there is not only hope but a define course of action you can take to start to move beyond any question or concerns once and for all. Just imagine how much more energy, clarity and fun you can have in life.

Now I would suggest you get started by taking action and following the suggestions I outlined in heart of the article.

We appreciate you feedback. Comment below and tell what you think. Peace

13 Things You Didn’t Know About My Auntie’s 84th Birthday That Could Give You More Time and Energy …

84th Birthday CelebrationI just returned from Montreal celebrating our auntie’s 84th birthday. My wife’s auntie celebrated her birthday on August 14, 2010. Her celebrations started on the 13 to the 15 of August. She was on cloud nine.

There are several tips and ideas that I have observed from visiting auntie over the last 15 years and I am going to share the best of these lessons with you. These insights will not only save you the stress of living in the head, but make your dream of peace and harmony and living in the heart a reality.

Here are 13 keys I learned from our auntie’s 84th birthday celebration.

#1: She knows how to listen to her body. If she get up from sleeping and have a cup of tea or coffee and her body tells her to go back to bed that’s what she does.

#2: she walks at least five times a week and sometimes she rides her bike. She says the weather was not the best so she did not ride very much this year.

#3: She has faith (meaning she does not have to see it to believe it) and reads her bible daily.

#4: Instead of complaining about her ache and pains she gives thanks for being alive.

#5:  She trusts her intuition and if she has an idea that she should call someone or go to the store she does it right away.

#6: She know all the bus routes and can jump on the bus and go where ever she wants.

#7: She has very supportive neighbours and family and maintains her independence.

#8: She is very discipline and has a daily structure for her activities.

#9: She is very careful about what she eats. She did not want a cake for her birthday and she told us that she and her sisters do not use as much “sweets” as before.

#10:  Her brother forgot her birthday which was unusually and she did not get upset (no judgement). She simply called him long distance to see if he was OK.

#11: When you visit her for dinner or supper you are assured that you will not have to cook the next day. You will get a doggie bag with plenty of goodies.

#12: She lives alone but her friends and family are constantly checking on her. Interestingly, she generally knows who is calling by the time of the day that they call.

#13: She has a stationary bike and a treadmill machine in the basement.

Now that you understand there is not only hope but a define course of action you can take to observe our auntie’s 84th birthday celebration, for long life and prosperity and move beyond any question or concerns once and for all. Just imagine how much more energy, clarity and fun you can have in life.

Now I would suggest you get started by taking action on one of the suggestions I outlined in heart of the article.

We appreciate you feedback. Comment below and tell what you think. Peace

Stress Management: Are You Missing This Bedrock Principal To Get Rich Quick Schemes…

Get Rick Quick Schemes - Pay dayIn all my years of working with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs get rich quick schemes can cost you and your business to go belly-up. Let’s face it Rome was not built in a day and your desire for instant success is not good for your health and happiness.

There are many myths that contribute to this mistaken thinking and I am going to share a personal experience with you which will expose the truth about get rich quick schemes.

Here’s the myth that triggered this revelation: Stress causes you to go bankrupt

Wayne: Cecil, is it the stress that causes bankruptcy?

Cecil: No, the stress has nothing to do with bankruptcy. I’ll say that emphatically. It has nothing to do with stress.
The reason why I personally went bankrupt was because I thought I could speed things up.

I could make my millions faster than everyone else. “What are these other guys talking about? Who cares? Let’s make it fast.”

I lived the life after graduating. I was in the fast lane.

I did everything so fast and so quick. I got everything I wanted.

I made the money I wanted to make and had the investments. But I lost it all.

I discovered that in life there is a process. Think of birth. It takes about nine months to deliver. If you think of investing, it takes a process. You can’t force it. You can’t make it happen faster.

That’s the way most people are living. Everybody wants to do things quicker and faster. When I went bankrupt, I actually pushed the button. I was driving in the fast lane at 200% faster than I was supposed to drive. I wanted it yesterday.

Life is not like that. It’s a process. You need to follow and go with the process. If you plant a crop, there’s a harvest. You have to take the time before you harvest it. That’s what it’s all about.

In the context of investing and making the “almighty dollar”, I was under the false pretence that I could do it faster than anybody else. I paid the consequence.

However, I learned my lesson.

I also found my blessing through this journey.

That’s why in the last 14 years I have created the 3 step Empty Your Cup® Process to teach entrepreneurs and solopreneurs how to relax, slow down and either eliminate or manage chronic pain so that you can experience profound peace, power and work life balance.

Life is a process. You need to follow and go with that process.

Now that you understand the secret principle on get rich quick schemes, you can consider accepting there is a process which governs success and does not include forcing thing to happen quickly.

What is so exciting about these new perspectives, is that they can quicken the journey on your road of financial success, or revive an exhausting effort you may have abandoned, and inject you with new hope and energy. Peace.

We appreciate your feedback. Tell us what you think below.

Stress Management: Are You Suffering From Dentist Phobia?

Dentist PhobiaIn all my years of working with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs dentist phobia seems to be one of the problem that can cost them a bundle.

You see avoiding the dentist is like only fixing you car after it breaks down on the highway. You know you need to do it, but you only take costly action when your back is against the wall

Life is not meant to be this difficult. There are many know myths that cause us to create this problem and I am about to share one of these myths with you that will reveal amazing insights into your dentist phobia.

Here’s the myth: Stress causes you to avoid going to the dentist

Wayne: This is very similar to the physical, is it not?

 Cecil: Yes, it is.

I was talking to one of my clients and she said, “Going to the dentist for me is like the gynaecologist.
He checks all over me.”

I said, “So what?”

She said, “He sees all my imperfections and I don’t particularly want to go there.”

We have this myth that when we go to the dentist, the dentist will check us out and see all of our imperfections.

I’ve noticed over the years that dentists have changed their technology. Now some of them say that the whole treatment is painless.

The technology in dentistry has improved tremendously. As far as I know, dentists are very efficient in what they do.

The challenge is then, “What stops you from wanting to go to the dentist?” There is no longer the excuse that it’s painful. The technology has shifted.

I can only agree with what this lady said. I have my imperfections and I don’t really want dentists to check out all of my imperfections. That seems to be the issue here.

The important thing about going to the dentist is if you have any gum diseases or oral or tongue cancer, the dentist can catch it early. What is does for you from a health perspective is to protect you from unwanted health challenges.

Seeing that we live longer, it’s very important that we know what health issues we have and get the appropriate help.

What is so exciting about these thoughts of dentist phobia is, that they can trigger you back to the way of achieving greater success, or revive a tired effort you may have abandoned, and inject it with new hope and energy.

We appreciate you feedback. Comment below and tell what you think. Peace

Stress Management At Work: Are You Missing These Signs Of A Nervous Breakdown…

Stress management At Work Creating a HeadacheAs an entrepreneur or a solopreneur we want to enjoy stress management at work. However chasing this dream can easily destroy your health because we are moving so quickly and determined to succeed at any cost.

There are several myths which when understood that not only will enhance your health, but make your dream of exceptional health and fitness a reality. And, I am about to reveal the myth which I feel is most important for stress management at work.

Here’s the myth: Stress can cause you to have a nervous breakdown

Wayne: Cecil, why is that a myth?

Cecil: It’s a myth because sometimes we lose focus.

Let me tell you a story about an experience I had while working in the corporate world. There was a young gentleman who was determined to become the president of this particular company where I was working. He was going to do any and everything to accomplish this.

He and his manager got along quite well. He would offend a lot of people and do a lot of things he wasn’t supposed to do in order to get in his opinion where he needed to be going. He offended a lot of people in many different ways.

When you’re focused, it’s amazing how much you can accomplish.

He and the manager were doing well and he offended people. Then the manager got promoted and left him where he was.

There were about 25 or 30 people with the same qualifications in the organization. It wasn’t likely for him to move up.

He had created so much havoc among the sales reps that nobody really liked him.

His manager had been promoted. The next thing he knew, he was off from work and having health issues. I don’t know if it was a nervous breakdown.

The challenge wasn’t the outcome to reach whatever position he wanted to reach in the company. His challenge was he didn’t care how he did it. He was ruthless about it.

The myth is that he had to be ruthless in order to get what he needed to get. The consequence of his ruthlessness was that his health suffered.

There was no reason for him to treat anybody the way he did. They were not children, but he treated everyone like a child. That was the challenge he had.

Simply follow the story above to determine how well you are applying stress management at work and are you headed for a nervous breakdown. You can achieve your goals without pushing other people around. Now here’s my challenge to you: Think of three ways in which you can achieve your goal by helping others get what they want.
