<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">The good news is that life does not have to be this difficult. And it does not cost you lots of money.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">I am going to reveal the missing short cut to a healthy eating habit.</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Wayne:</strong> Stress causes you to eat the wrong foods. Why is that a myth?</span></p>
<p><strong>Cecil:</strong> It&#8217;s a myth because most people I&#8217;ve talked to seem to skip a meal. This is from my personal experience. The meal they seem to skip is breakfast.</p>
<p>What happens when they skip breakfast is they somehow want to catch up at lunch. When they come home for dinner, because they missed breakfast, they want to have breakfast and then have dinner.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s the pattern I&#8217;ve noticed. They skip a meal, but still need to get that meal in somewhere along the line. They come home and have breakfast at suppertime. After suppertime breakfast, they tend to want to have supper.</p>
<p>When you miss a meal, what I find is that you eat whatever is there to fill that void.</p>
<p>Our system needs to refuel and be nourished. If the system isn&#8217;t nourished, it&#8217;s going to scream at you. When it screams at you, you have to put something in there because you didn&#8217;t have a plan, didn&#8217;t have directions and haven&#8217;t decided what you want.</p>
<p>You are going to have to put something into your system. The first thing that&#8217;s available, you&#8217;re going to put in, whether you like it or not.</p>
<p>&#8220;Stress causes me to eat the wrong food,&#8221; is not the myth. The myth is, &#8220;We are not eating properly.&#8221; Then we get hungry wherever we are.</p>
<p>It hurts my heart to see hard working entrepreneurs and solopreneurs lose their drive and passion because they ignore this healthy eating habit. So I hope you will take the priceless short cuts you discovered in the last few minutes to avoid this misfortune.</p>

<p><strong>Key #1 &#8211; breathe.</strong> Sounds easy enough, right?</p>
<p>Some may even say that it&#8217;s elementary or basic. Well, if it is, then you won&#8217;t have any problems mastering it.</p>
<p>Scientific research shows that when you regulate your breathing correctly, the supply of fresh oxygen will help you think more clearly and focus on the task at hand.</p>
<p>When you are focused and clearheaded, no task is insurmountable. Whether you are sitting down or standing up, make sure that you take slow, deep breaths.</p>
<p><strong>Key #2 &#8211; eat healthy.</strong> Is it an easy thing to do?</p>
<p>Eating healthy doesn&#8217;t always mean going on a diet.</p>

Being so busy and always on the go clouds your mind and dulls you sense so much so that you forget to slow down and take a break.</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;">Interestingly enough, there are all kinds of signs screaming (S.O.S) at you to stop and pay attention.</span></p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the good news: There are several indicators that will not only solve most of your health problems but make you wealthy and healthy in the process. And I am about to reveal <strong>16</strong> of the best ones.</p>
<p>1. Fatigue and insomnia &#8211; a dangerous mixture that will ultimately affect your physical health.</p>
<p>2. Discomfort, aches and pains with no known cause, therefore no known cure. What can you do to feel better &#8211; everyday?</p>

<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Where is the love?</strong></span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;">Well there are simple strategies that will not only relieve stress and anxiety, but will give you the ability to communicate so much easier. The good news is I am about to reveal three best strategies to you.</span></p>
<p><strong>Make a list of what you want done:</strong></p>
<p>If you have been asking your partner to close the lid on the toilet seat after use but they never get it.</p>
<p><strong>Here&#8217;s what to do:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Step #1:</strong></p>
<p>Instead of repeating yourself by saying the same thing over and over again, write out what you would like your partner to do. You can put it in an envelope or just write it on a piece of paper.</p>
<p>An even more interesting thing to do would be to draw a picture of what you have written. In other words make a visual representation of what you want to say instead of writing.</p>
<p>You see some people are visual and respond better to images and colour.</p>
<p><strong>Step #2:</strong></p>
<p><strong>The response:</strong></p>
<p>Your partner might laugh at your drawings or be surprised at your letter. At least now you have their attention. You may ask them what they think about your note. They may even get offended.</p>
<p>Just remember your outcome is to have a resolution to your problem. So you need to keep calm about their response. This is critical. They are entitled to their opinion and we are not using abusive language or forcing communication.</p>
<p><strong>Step #3:</strong></p>
<p><strong>The solution:</strong></p>
<p>If the response is positive and you get their agreement &#8211; congratulations! You&#8217;re done.</p>
<p>If, on the other hand, they have an objection then you acknowledge their concern (you need to be relaxed and quiet).</p>
<p>Next you ask what they would suggest to solve the problem (closing the lid of the seat cover after use). This is very important because now they are actually providing a solution to your problem.</p>
<p>Simply follow the steps above and you will get to relieved stress and anxiety in your relationship. Now, I challenge you to do something about your problem by finding a piece of paper and follow the strategy I outlined above.</p>

<p>Everybody knows how to relax. You may relax by having a cup of coffee or a smoke.</p>
<p>The problem here is that when you really need to relax, your form of relaxation may seem inappropriate or impractical.</p>

<p><strong>Clarity of purpose</strong>: As you practice embracing the noises around you and tend to imagine yourself relaxed, you will then have a lot of clarity unto yourself.</p>
<p>The thing you will notice about clarity is that you will become a better listener because you have embraced all those noises.</p>

<p><strong>EYC™ Principles</strong></p>
<p>What is the (E.Y.C®) Process or what are the (E.Y.C®) principles? Before I explain the (E.Y.C®) principles I need to explain the foundation of the (E.Y.C®) Process.</p>
<p>The (E.Y.C®) Process acknowledges that the Western form of thinking is to acquire material wealth at any cost. The Eastern philosophy is to get to know you. Inner strength is what counts.</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s what I have done in the (E.Y.C®) foundation: I have blended the Eastern and Western philosophies so that you now have balance. You have the desire for material wealth balanced with inner strength.</p>
<p>So you may ask: Cecil how do you do that?</p>
<p>I do that based on…</p>
<p><strong>The tenets and principles of (E.Y.C®) &#8211; Faith, Trust, and Truth.</strong></p>
<p>The first principle is FAITH. Faith means that you got to believe in something. Faith, is not knowing in a traditional (logical) way.</p>
<p>=&gt; It&#8217;s a &#8220;knowing&#8221; that has become habitual. Therefore you know that you know but you cannot explain why or how &#8211; just blind faith. To live like this is critical.</p>
<p>The next tenet is TRUST.</p>
<p>You can understand trust better as &#8216;to take action&#8217;. You get an idea and it is important to act on the idea.</p>
<p>=&gt; But here&#8217;s a problem…</p>
<p>I am not referring to impulsive behavior which means that you just charge you credit card on a whim.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s switch gears for a moment back to faith. Faith is based on a feeling, sound, a picture, smell or a taste &#8211; sensory input.</p>
<p>These states of mind, whether conscious or unconscious, are what cause us to know. This behavior if acted upon regularly becomes a habit.</p>
<p>=&gt;Now get this:</p>
<p>Trust is when you act on the &#8220;knowing&#8221; of faith&#8221; You do not think about it or second guess it. You act upon the thought immediately, and when you do, you arrive at the TRUTH.</p>
<p>So what is the TRUTH?</p>
<p>To act upon the thought immediately, and when you do that you arrive at the TRUTH.</p>
<p>=&gt;But first a warning:</p>
<p>Now there&#8217;s, =&gt; my truth, =&gt;your truth and=&gt; the truth. So that&#8217;s the basic of the principles.</p>
<p>=&gt;OK, so I am not clear enough for you?</p>
<p>But better yet… Let me give you an example:</p>
<p>When teaching my advanced students I would decide whether I am having a seminar or workshop. The students were not given any info regarding content or title and they did not ask any questions. That&#8217;s an example of FAITH.</p>
<p>TRUST came about when they took action and paid for the seminar or workshop.</p>
<p>The TRUTH was that the students got the purest content from me because nothing was prepared in a logical manner in advance.</p>
<p>Now it&#8217;s your turn to take action:</p>
<p>Are you getting message (Faith) and not taking action (trust)? How can you arrive at THE truth that you are spinning your wheels?</p>
<p>I am challenging you to stop feeling overwhelmed, have more focus or easily cope with stress, by taking action the next time you get that message or insight. No need to ask question. Just do it.</p>

<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">If you would like to avoid working hard and I know you do, here are 4 stunningly simple ways to avoid work place stress.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>1. Roll with the punches<br />
</strong><br />
One of the problems in the work place is lack of communication. Most people you speak with are in a hurry and they want what they want NOW.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">You need to understand that this behaviour is due to the fact that they too, are probably stressed out and overworked. Try not to get caught up in it or take your conversations personally.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>2. Get up and sweat it out<br />
</strong><br />
You may consider changing your lifestyle and try exercising if you have not exercised before. If you are not a stranger to exercising or working out, this is just a gentle reminder to get started again.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">Exercising could be as simple as going for a walk. You can also find a partner to exercise with or you can join a group class.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">The other alternative would be to hire a personal trainer.</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>3. You are what you eat<br />
</strong><br />
It is very difficult to drive your car without gas or fuel. Likewise it is very difficult for you to function if there is not enough fuel in your body.</p>
<p>So you need to eat properly, meaning, having three proper meals a day. These meals need to be balanced with all the proper food that contain the essential vitamins and nutrients that your body needs. Avoid binging on fast food entrees that have high salt and fat content.</p>
<p>Start by having a healthy breakfast every day.</p>
<p><strong>4. Manage your caffeine fixation</strong></p>
<p>Do you find yourself needing a caffeine fix to get through the day?</p>
<p>A cup of coffee is good but if you&#8217;re not careful you may sooner or later find yourself needing several jolts of caffeine just to make it through the day.</p>
<p>Remember, the more coffee you take, the more coffee you need. And that&#8217;s not a good thing.</p>
<p>So coffee is only a temporary fix and there are other natural ways to boost your energy without caffeine.</p>
