<p><strong>Wayne:</strong> Cecil, I would imagine everybody has been so far out of balance that they wouldn&#8217;t know it if they were in balance. What are they going to feel?</p>
<p><strong>Cecil:</strong> When you&#8217;re in balance, here&#8217;s what happens. People who want to learn meditation go study meditation and learn relaxation.</p>
<p><strong>#1:</strong> When you&#8217;re in balance, you are the meditation. You are the relaxation. It&#8217;s like a magnet. Everything comes to you.</p>
<p><strong>#2:</strong> I have a client right now and this is phenomenal. He&#8217;s out there building a home and he says, &#8220;Things just happen when I need them too. I&#8217;m not looking for anybody. Everybody comes to me.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>#3:</strong> That energy shifts and people come to you. They want to give you something. They want to help you. That&#8217;s when you know you&#8217;re in balance.</p>
<p><strong>#4:</strong> Imbalance is the opposite. You&#8217;re fighting, you&#8217;re screaming and nobody wants to talk to you.</p>
<p><strong>#5:</strong> Balance is when everything just flows along. If there&#8217;s a hiccup, you acknowledge the hiccup and observe. That, too, will go by and then you&#8217;ll be back in balance again.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not saying that because you&#8217;re in balance, there won&#8217;t be any hiccups. There will be hiccups, but as a result, everything comes to you.</p>

<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">You are about to discover 10 things you didn&#8217;t know about suppressing your feelings that could save your life.</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Here&#8217;s the myth:</strong> Stress creates an imbalance.</span></p>
<p><strong>Cecil:</strong> In life, whatever you focus on is what you&#8217;re going to get. If I use myself as an example, I focused on work and making money.</p>
<p>When there is a very, very strong attachment to something, we call it focus. We call it tunnel-vision. We call it what we need to call it, which is wonderful. It does serve a purpose.</p>
<p>What you will discover along the way is that&#8217;s not all there is to it.</p>
<p>I was in a seminar one day where there were a number of millionaires doing presentations. I actually did a little survey. I like to sneak up and do surveys.</p>
<p>I did surveys of some very, very successful people. I found all of them did very well successfully, but some of them were so tunnel vision on success that they suppressed their feelings.</p>
<p><strong>#1:</strong> What I did was offered them some relaxation techniques that would force them to get in touch with their feelings. They couldn&#8217;t do it.</p>
<p><strong>#2:</strong> When we&#8217;re so tunnel vision, we forget about our feelings. We forget about how we feel, especially men. We don&#8217;t want to express our feelings.</p>
<p><strong>#3:</strong> As a consequence of not expressing our feelings, we get attached to something. That attachment creates imbalance. That imbalance means that the body becomes out of balance.</p>
<p><strong>#4:</strong> When the body becomes out of balance, there are health issues, heart attacks and strokes.</p>
<p><strong>#5:</strong> We don&#8217;t understand that we need to have a balance in life.</p>
<p><strong>#6:</strong> All these things are going to happen because we get so attached to something.</p>
<p><strong>#7:</strong> Yes, the attachment brings us success, but over a period of time you&#8217;ll find that you&#8217;d better change your methods. You&#8217;d better bring all the other things into place. You can bring your family in. You need to have better communication with your partner.</p>
<p><strong>#8:</strong> You need to have more fun. We&#8217;re not having enough fun because we get too serious about accumulating material assets.<br />
That&#8217;s where the imbalance comes in. If you can incorporate fun in whatever you&#8217;re doing, then that&#8217;s balance.</p>
<p><strong>#9:</strong> Stress creates an imbalance. That&#8217;s a whole myth. The myth is that we need to have fun and enjoy life.</p>
<p><strong>#10:</strong> Whether we&#8217;re making a lot of money or a little bit of money is irrelevant. As long as we&#8217;re having fun, we&#8217;re doing well and we have a balanced life.</p>
<p>No matter how long you have been in business, chances are you are not aware of the need for a stress management plan for suppressing your feelings. <div><span style="font-size: x-small;">As a result they ignore the warning signs that create poor health and eating habits which can cost them a bundle in expensive medications.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">There are several little known ways or myths which when understood not only can save you mega bucks but make your dream become a reality. And I am about to reveal and debunk the myth about stress and sex and having fun in bed.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Here&#8217;s the myth:</strong> Stress stops you from enjoying sex.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Cecil:</strong> That&#8217;s what people say. People are looking for an excuse to say, &#8220;Stress is stopping me from doing this.&#8221; It&#8217;s like, &#8220;I have a headache. I need to take a pill.&#8221;</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;">The whole issue here is that we&#8217;re too busy.</span></p>
<p>Life is moving very quickly. Because we are materially based and we need to accumulate more, we tend to go so quickly that when it comes to having sex or spending time with your partner, you&#8217;re all stressed out.</p>
<p>You want to go to sleep.</p>
<p>One of my clients said that for her, sex was a way to control. She felt very, very powerful.</p>
<p>She said, &#8220;If I don&#8217;t get what I want, then I&#8217;m going to withhold sex.&#8221; That&#8217;s one way of doing it.</p>
<p>Other people have mentioned that they get angry and hold grudges, or they focus on the kids. Most of all, they don&#8217;t take care of themselves.</p>
<p>The whole issue about enjoying sex boils down to you having a focus on what you really want.</p>
<p>When you understand what you really want, then you will decide what&#8217;s important for you.</p>
<p>Is it okay to be angry and hold grudges?</p>
<p>Is it okay to be busy?</p>
<p>You have to decide what&#8217;s important and what you want.</p>
<p>Any time you decide what you want, you can have it. Whether its sex or money, we have to decide what&#8217;s important in our lives and how it would affect our family.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s what we have to decide now to be in a healthy relationship.</p>
<p>When we decide what we want, then that&#8217;s what will happen. We can focus on that and we can get the appropriate help if needed.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s what needs to happen for us to relax. Until we learn to do that, we&#8217;re not going to relax.</p>
<p>One of the biggest challenges for stress and sex is to be able to slow down and enjoy work life balance. It&#8217;s important to remember that you have needs which must also be met in order to have a healthy relationship.</p>
<p>I hope I have helped to change your thinking. When you realize how simple and easy it is to take care of yourself as well as others on a daily basis, you will look forward with excitement to search and find more opportunities to have fun each day.</p>

<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Wayne:</strong> That&#8217;s not really stress, is it?</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Cecil:</strong> No it&#8217;s not, but that&#8217;s the myth. The myth is that it&#8217;s stress. We have been taught from a young age to acquire material assets. That&#8217;s the barometer. That tells us that we&#8217;ve &#8220;arrived.&#8221;</span></p>
<p><strong>Wayne:</strong> If that&#8217;s what you&#8217;re focused on, does that not cause more and more stress?</p>
<p><strong>Cecil:</strong> Initially, it doesn&#8217;t appear that way. It appears that you are after your outcome and that it&#8217;s okay.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s like going to the buffet table. You go up to the buffet table and see all your favourite stuff. You have a choice. You can take a little bit and come back tomorrow, or you can take as much as you want and become constipated.</p>
<p>What we do in the context of the material possessions is we become constipated because we just want more and more and more. After a while, the constipation sets in because we&#8217;re not happy and we&#8217;re not going anywhere.</p>
<p>You say, &#8220;I thought I needed material assets.&#8221; Yes, your assets are important. Material possessions are necessary for us to function in some form or fashion, but excess is where the problem is.</p>
<p>The question then is, &#8220;If you want more and more Physical assets, who do you, need them for?&#8221; What I&#8217;ve discovered from my experience is a lot of us need them for attention or to prove something in a material context.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s fine, but the consequence is you&#8217;ll pay with your health.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s going after the material assets, focusing on that and neglecting your family, your children and your wife that puts a lot of stress on you. Stress accumulates over the years because you&#8217;re not really interested in anything else but material possessions.</p>
<p>You still have to live your life.</p>
<p>You still have to communicate with your family and whoever is around you.</p>
<p>You might have the material possessions, but I&#8217;ve seen a lot of cases where people have the material assets and I see them in the hospital.</p>
<p>They say, &#8220;Cecil, I never thought I would be in here.&#8221;</p>
<p>We don&#8217;t understand that we need to have a balance in life. You just can&#8217;t go focusing on the material. We also have to look at ourselves internally and what helps us to stay healthy so that we can enjoy our lives.</p>
<p>Now that you understand the secret principle on how to acquire material assets, you can consider paying more attention to yourself because you are the key to your health and happiness.</p>
<p>What is so exciting about these new perspectives, is that they can accelerate the journey on your road of business success, or revive a flagging effort you may have abandoned, and inject you with new hope and energy.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Cecil:</strong> I think being the business is an extremely bad thing. If you own your own business, you work in a business or have a business that deserves your attention, the challenge here is if you become the business, then all you&#8217;re doing is you are working and making money.</span></p>
<p>What needs to happen is the business needs to run itself whether you are an entrepreneur, you own the business, or anything you do in the context of the business.</p>
<p>It is really important that you understand this because from a health perspective, you cannot go 24/7.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s assume you get called away from your business. Do you have structures in place to look after the business? This is where the business can actually fold because you are all there is to it.</p>
<p>I believe all of us have all been born with a special gift. The really important business we should be in is the business of finding out what is unique about us, what we are good at. When we find out what we&#8217;re good at, we should focus on that.</p>
<p>There are a lot of things we don&#8217;t particularly want to do. For me, I don&#8217;t like to do bank reconciliation. I just don&#8217;t want to do it. I know it&#8217;s important, but I don&#8217;t want to do it. I hire someone to do it.</p>
<p>You need to take a break for yourself.</p>
<p>The whole business that we should be in is the business of finding out what is unique about us, our products and our services. Find out what that is and focus on it.</p>
<p>Whatever other services you need, you can bring the experts in.</p>
<p>That way, you have a stronger foundation. You are providing the uniqueness of your business to your clients and you&#8217;re hiring the other people to support you.</p>
<p>Then you have a phenomenal business, which you can take off and leave whenever you choose to.</p>
<p>The whole concept here is that stress causes you to be the business.</p>
<p>No. You don&#8217;t need to be the business.</p>
<p>Now that you understand that knowing what is your gift is one of the secret to health and happiness there is not only hope but a define course of action you can take to start to move beyond any question or concerns once and for all. Just imagine how much more energy, clarity and fun you can have in life.</p>

<p>There are several tips and ideas that I have observed from visiting auntie over the last 15 years and I am going to share the best of these lessons with you. These insights will not only save you the stress of living in the head, but make your dream of peace and harmony and living in the heart a reality.</p>
<p>Here are 13 keys I learned from our auntie’s 84<sup>th</sup> birthday celebration.</p>
<p><strong>#1:</strong> She knows how to listen to her body. If she get up from sleeping and have a cup of tea or coffee and her body tells her to go back to bed that’s what she does.</p>
<p><strong>#2:</strong> she walks at least five times a week and sometimes she rides her bike. She says the weather was not the best so she did not ride very much this year.</p>
<p><strong>#3:</strong> She has faith (meaning she does not have to see it to believe it) and reads her bible daily.</p>
<p><strong>#4:</strong> Instead of complaining about her ache and pains she gives thanks for being alive.</p>
<p><strong>#5:</strong>  She trusts her intuition and if she has an idea that she should call someone or go to the store she does it right away.</p>
<p><strong>#6:</strong> She know all the bus routes and can jump on the bus and go where ever she wants.</p>
<p><strong>#7:</strong> She has very supportive neighbours and family and maintains her independence. </p>
<p><strong>#8:</strong> She is very discipline and has a daily structure for her activities.</p>
<p><strong>#9:</strong> She is very careful about what she eats. She did not want a cake for her birthday and she told us that she and her sisters do not use as much “sweets” as before.</p>
<p><strong>#10:</strong>  Her brother forgot her birthday which was unusually and she did not get upset (no judgement). She simply called him long distance to see if he was OK.  </p>
<p><strong>#11:</strong> When you visit her for dinner or supper you are assured that you will not have to cook the next day. You will get a doggie bag with plenty of goodies.</p>
<p><strong>#12:</strong> She lives alone but her friends and family are constantly checking on her. Interestingly, she generally knows who is calling by the time of the day that they call.</p>
<p><strong>#13:</strong> She has a stationary bike and a treadmill machine in the basement.</p>
<p>Now that you understand there is not only hope but a define course of action you can take to observe our auntie’s 84<sup>th</sup> birthday celebration, for long life and prosperity and move beyond any question or concerns once and for all. <p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>#2:</strong> As your children are growing, you need to continue to grow. You need to communicate with your partner. Any time you choose to stop that, there will be some health issues.</span></p>
<p><strong>#3:</strong> You cannot wait until the child has graduated to say, &#8220;Okay, now partner, let&#8217;s communicate.&#8221; It needs to be a total process.</p>
<p>You need to do things together and incorporate the children.</p>
<p>You also need to expect that your children will leave home at some point in time.</p>
<p>Sometimes the myth is that the children will always be there.</p>
<p><strong>#4:</strong> You need to take a break for yourself.</p>
<p>If you are not taking a break, who will look after the child or the child&#8217;s education if you&#8217;re not well?</p>
<p>You need to take a break so you can be healthy enough to not only look after your children but to enjoy your children and your partner.</p>

<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">The good news: I am going to reveal the myth that created this problem and provide you with 4 tips for better parenting that will save your relationship.</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Here&#8217;s the myth:</strong> Stress stops you from taking a break.</span></p>
<p><strong>Wayne:</strong> Cecil, we just don&#8217;t want to stop, do we?</p>
<p><strong>Cecil:</strong> We think we need to go, go, go&#8230; Life is not like that. You need to stop and breathe.</p>
<p><strong>#1:</strong> I&#8217;ve noticed in my private practice that parents seem to have the concept that they need to look out for their children. I see this often in baby boomers. They see their children through. They go to soccer and college or university.</p>
<p><strong>#2:</strong> They spend a lot of time working with their children to get them to college or university. In the interim, they&#8217;ve accumulated some material goods but the focus is on the child.</p>
<p><strong>#3:</strong> Then the child graduates from the university. At that point in time, the husband and wife have spent so much time devoted to the children that they forget to communicate between themselves.</p>
<p><strong>#4:</strong> As a consequence, you have this beautiful home with the mortgage paid off and are together now because the children have left to get married but you don&#8217;t have anything in common because all of the time seems to have been spent getting the children where they needed to go.</p>
<p>One of the biggest challenges for better parenting is to be able to slow down and stop putting others first. It&#8217;s important to remember that you have needs which must also be met in order to have a healthy relationship.</p>
<p>I hope I have helped to change your thinking. When you realize how simple and easy it is to take care of yourself as well as others on a daily basis, you will look forward with excitement to search and find more opportunities to have fun each day.</p>
