You can Improve your health and avoid excruciating pain by listening to your messages. Mary left a message on my phone requesting stress relief. She also wondered if I offered stress relief by making house calls.

When I returned Mary’s call she told me that she was on her knees on the floor buckled
up in pain. I knew right away what her problem was, so I facilitated her on the telephone. Within 20 minutes Mary was standing, moving around without pain and enjoying stress relief.

Let me explain

Mary constantly receives messages or insights suggesting that she does simple things like take a nap, slow down or play with her children. Mary has habitually ignored these messages. Consequently, the messages she ignored manifested themselves in the form of excruciating pain. This incredible pain made her feel as though she were crippled.

Mary was actually wound up like a top in pain.

So what is the moral of the story?

When you are blessed with the awareness of subtle messages that the universe presents to you, so that you can enjoy stress relief, you need to listen and act instantly. This action will save you a lot of pain and discomfort and allow you to improve your health.
