Mary was struggling with stress relief and weight loss problem for a long time.

Let me explain

Mary craved other people’s opinion to make her feel good and experience stress relief. She went to the hair dresser and got her hair done in an amazing style. She really felt she could relax and focus after leaving the hairdresser. However if no one noticed her hair style or paid her a compliment she would go into a depressed state because  she felt no one cared to noticed. This behavior made Mary gain weight. She actually started binging on chocolate and putting on weight.
I introduce Mary to a meditation which allowed her to see herself stunningly attractive having lost weight.

You see Mary had never considered herself beautiful before. After Mary had given herself incredible compliments in the meditation she remembered what it felt like to lose weight and enjoy stress relief.

When she understood and was given permission to find a quiet place of relaxation (to imagine herself looking really sexy at her ideal weight) and the ability to hear the wonderful compliments she gave herself, she experienced how much energy and self confidence she now has as she did this exercises more often.

This little exercise allowed Mary to regain her self confidence and eliminate her need for other people’s opinion to make her feel good.

This exercise works well if you habitually need other people to tell you how well you look.

So what is the moral of the story?

If you are not aware of your beauty within then you will need other people to make you feel good about yourself.
