Stress Relief can help you relax and improve your health by staying focused. My friend Sue was telling me how she experienced stress relief from her neighbor.
You see, Sue lives in a complex of town houses on a corner lot. She has had air conditioning for a while to help her relax, stay focused and have a good night’s sleep. In her house the basement and the main floor are cool.
The upstairs, however, created a stressful situation because it was always hot and difficult to relax.
It was so hot that it was necessary for Sue to put on a fan in order to get the stress relief of a good night’s sleep. Sue’s neighbor just installed central air conditioning and now her upstairs is nice and cool and she can relax and no longer needs to put on the fan in order to get stress relief from the heat.
So it would appear that Sue’s neighbor was getting some stress relief from Sue’s air conditioning. Sue suffered for a while from the heat but now that her neighbor has air conditioning she can really enjoy a good night’s sleep.
So what is the moral of the story?
My grandfather told me that stressful situations always even themselves out. We may be unhappy with the immobilizing challenges that we encounter in our daily lives. However, if we continue to function in spite of circumstances eventually we will experience stress relief from our neighbor.
