Stress relief strategies can be found in your hair. Did you know that you can get stress relief from you hair? This may sound silly but there are many little things that you may not notice because you’re too busy to observe.
Your behavior can provide you with invaluable information if you can find more time to stay focused. So what has this got to do with your hair?
Let me explain:
I have been working with June in my private practice helping her identify what causes her to be stressed. If you are aware of the simple things that create stress in your life then you can find strategies to help you stay focused. Finally June discovered her markers for stress relief.
Discovery
This discovery was both profound and brought a smile to June’s face. She could not believe the simplicity of her stress relief strategy.
Knot
You see… when her hair is up, tied tight in a knot with an elastic band that means she is stressed.
However, when her hair is hanging down, loose and relaxed she is experiencing stress relief.
So what is the moral of the story?
June explained that her lesson was to pay attention to her behavior with her hair so that she could enjoy stress relief more often.
