Stress relief Strategies for stress Management can be very simple if you do not complicate the matter.

Let me explain

I voluntarily teach relaxation, at a hospital, right at the bedside of (heart, stroke and cancer) patients. During my weekly visit to the hospital some of the relatives of the sick thought that stress relief is no longer necessary.

The relatives explained that since they have the house, the mortgage, the cat, the dog and all these material things that they have forgotten all about relaxation and its benefits.

We tend to forsake the little things in life for progress (material gain). Progress with stress relief is based on incorporating change with the simple things in life. It is like a clouded crystal ball. You need to clean up the cloud in the ball before you can use it.

So what is the moral of the story?

Stress relief comes from relaxation. Relaxation (if practiced regularly) allows you to enjoy a good night sleep, eat proper meals and have the time and energy to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
