There are several little known resources that not only can save you time and make you money but make you dream come true. And I am going to reveal 10 things you don’t about your point of focus that could save your life.

Tip #1:

That’s when I started to learn NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I realized, “I have some free time now.
What do I do with it?”

I started doing some personal development seminars. NLP is one of the fascinating things I started to play with.

Tip #2:

That whole issue of stress causing you to be in the hospital with chest pain is a myth because I wasn’t looking out for myself. I wasn’t focused.

Tip #3:

I was attempting to do too many things and was all over the place.

Tip #4:

In a partnership, we need to understand adjustments have got to be made.

Tip #5:

When I admitted that there was a health issue, I decided, “Fine, if there is a health issue, how I solve the health issue?”
You solve the health issue by being focused.

Tip #6:

I ate properly and stayed 9 to 3.

I was very effective and efficient to do something else.

Tip #7:

People say, “How can you be so busy and get work done?” You can get work done if you’re focused. When you’re focused, it’s amazing how much you can accomplish.

Tip #8:

As a consequence of being aware that there was a discomfort and pain in my chest, that made me more aware of my health and helped me to understand, “This is your health. You need to look after yourself.”

Tip #9:

I was very involved in the community looking after everybody else except myself. This was a message to me saying, “Uh, uh. It’s time for you to stop.”

Tip #10:

When I stopped to pay attention to that, that’s when my whole gift of relaxation and meditation was able to come true. I realized I had a gift and wasn’t using it.

The chest pain for me was very profound because it triggered a ripple effect in regard to health that has allowed me to be where I am today and to teach what I do today.

One of the biggest obstacles that prevent entrepreneurs and solopreneurs from having a point of focus is that we are too busy chasing the latest FAD. Consequently, we are easily distracted and lose our sense of purpose.

I hope I have helped to change your thinking. When you realize how simple and easy it is to improve your relationship on a daily basis, you will look forward with excitement to search and find more opportunities to have fun each day.

8 Things I Wish I Knew about the Affects Of Stress Before I Started My Sale Career…

Affects of Stress on a SalespersonIn my many years of working with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs they are so busy that they do not even recognize the affect of stress on their dream.

This dream of enjoying exotic holidays, at holiday destinations with white sandy beaches while accompanied by your wonderful partner as you enjoy a healthy life style.

However, there are many myths that stop you from achieving your goal. And I am going to address one of them which will demonstrate how you can avoid the affects of stress and find your purpose in life.

The myth is: Stress causes you to be in the hospital with chest pains.

Wayne: That is stress, isn’t it? How can that be a myth, Cecil?

Cecil: I can use myself as a personal example. I had my physical yesterday. I have a doctor I’ve known now for over 35 years.

I went to his office with a pain in my chest. I remember this very vividly. He actually personally took me out of his office, downstairs to his car and to the emergency room.

When I got to emergency room, I said, “What am I doing here?” That’s when I discovered I had some issues. The myth here is not about stress causing you to be in the hospital with chest pains.

Tip #1:

I was working for a major corporation which was very stressful. I wasn’t making the adjustment very well.

Tip #2:

The whole problem was that I wasn’t taking care of myself.

Tip #3:

I was very busy working at their schedule.

Tip #4:

Yes, it was a very stressful situation but I never took control.

Tip #5:

I never was focused enough to solve the problem.

When I got to the hospital, I realized, “I have to have a different look at my life.”

Tip #6:

When I looked at my life, I discovered I wasn’t focused enough.

I was taking too many breaks.

I was goofing off. I decided, “I have to solve this problem.”

Tip #7:

I decided to work from 9 to 3. It was a very high-paying job and very stressful but I was working all weekends and nights. I thought, “This is ridiculous.”

I decided I would work from 9 to 3 but it would be tight, meaning my breaks would be very tight and whenever I finished a sale I would write up the sale then and there.

I would do everything tight, and at three o’clock, I would be finished.

Tip #8:

Whatever got done between 9 and 3 would get done and there would be no more working on weekends, nothing.

It was the most productive year I ever had. All of a sudden, I didn’t blink. I just said, “This is what I want to do.” This was a message to me to smarten up.

I was amazed at how much I accomplished and how sharp, effective and productive I was.

Simply follow the steps above and you will avoid the affects of stress in your sales career. Now, I challenge you to do something about your problem by finding a piece of paper and getting busy following the strategy I outlined above.

We eagerly look forward to hearing your stories of success and even enjoying life’s challenges by means of these new approaches. Peace.
