Why is this important?
Why will this improve my health?
Why do I need to explore the (E.Y.C®) Principles?

Here’s something you probably don’t know.

50 million Americans have high blood pressure.

35% don’t even know it.

How’s that possible? You see, we have been taught to acquire material assets at the expense of our health.

Let’s see how you can have all of those material assets without sacrificing your values.

EYC™ Principles

What is the (E.Y.C®) Process or what are the (E.Y.C®) principles? Before I explain the (E.Y.C®) principles I need to explain the foundation of the (E.Y.C®) Process.

The (E.Y.C®) Process acknowledges that the Western form of thinking is to acquire material wealth at any cost. The Eastern philosophy is to get to know you. Inner strength is what counts.

So here’s what I have done in the (E.Y.C®) foundation: I have blended the Eastern and Western philosophies so that you now have balance. You have the desire for material wealth balanced with inner strength.

So you may ask: Cecil how do you do that?

I do that based on…

The tenets and principles of (E.Y.C®) – Faith, Trust, and Truth.

The first principle is FAITH. Faith means that you got to believe in something. Faith, is not knowing in a traditional (logical) way.

=> It’s a “knowing” that has become habitual. Therefore you know that you know but you cannot explain why or how – just blind faith. To live like this is critical.

The next tenet is TRUST.

You can understand trust better as ‘to take action’. You get an idea and it is important to act on the idea.

=> But here’s a problem…

I am not referring to impulsive behavior which means that you just charge you credit card on a whim.

Let’s switch gears for a moment back to faith. Faith is based on a feeling, sound, a picture, smell or a taste – sensory input.

These states of mind, whether conscious or unconscious, are what cause us to know. This behavior if acted upon regularly becomes a habit.

=>Now get this:

Trust is when you act on the “knowing” of faith” You do not think about it or second guess it. You act upon the thought immediately, and when you do, you arrive at the TRUTH.

So what is the TRUTH?

To act upon the thought immediately, and when you do that you arrive at the TRUTH.

=>But first a warning:

Now there’s, => my truth, =>your truth and=> the truth. So that’s the basic of the principles.

=>OK, so I am not clear enough for you?

But better yet… Let me give you an example:

When teaching my advanced students I would decide whether I am having a seminar or workshop. The students were not given any info regarding content or title and they did not ask any questions. That’s an example of FAITH.

TRUST came about when they took action and paid for the seminar or workshop.

The TRUTH was that the students got the purest content from me because nothing was prepared in a logical manner in advance.

Now it’s your turn to take action:

Are you getting message (Faith) and not taking action (trust)? How can you arrive at THE truth that you are spinning your wheels?

I am challenging you to stop feeling overwhelmed, have more focus or easily cope with stress, by taking action the next time you get that message or insight. No need to ask question. Just do it.

We would really appreciate you feedback in the comments below. Peace.

Boost Your Energy Without Caffeine…

Are you a coffee or tea drinker?

Early Morning Coffee FixI am a herbal tea drinker, not a coffee drinker. One day I wondered, “why do I prefer tea over coffee?”
The answer to this question took me back to my early childhood. I discovered that my Dad drank tea rather than coffee.
Trace back three years ago. My Dad is in a nursing home. When I go to visit him, he asks me to bring him a Tim Horton’s coffee. I am amazed at this request because he was a tea drinker.

My Dad needed a lift.

He would explain to me that coffee gives him a “lift.” So whenever he needs a lift he would have a cup of coffee.

So here’s the thing.

What is your reason for drinking coffee?

What does it do for you?
If you are drinking coffee to give you a “lift” and you need your coffee fix every time you need an energy boost, how does that help you save time and improve your quality of life?
Can you become addicted to coffee?
Sooner or later you will become dependent and eventually addicted to coffee. This addiction creates another problem.
OK, when does this addiction stop?
By relying on coffee to give a “lift”, you are numbing your senses. Consequently you become less and less in touch with your feelings.

In this state, you give up your power to coffee. Consequently you operate dependent on coffee, like a robot is dependant on an energy source.

So what happens to your productivity when you dull your senses?

Do you save time and improve your quality of life?

Because you numbed your feelings, you are no longer aware that you need to empty your cup of the negative situations of your day. The negativity stays in the body, like you are wound up like an old alarm clock.

As a result it becomes difficult to sleep at night. What this means is that you get up in the morning feeling restless and eager to get your coffee fix.

In my 14 years of helping people improve their quality of life, the addiction stops when you have a health issue and/or the doctor tells you to have less coffee.

So what is the moral of the Story?

Eliminating coffee from your daily routine can be a very harsh reality; however, to save time and improve your quality of life, it is usually a blessing in disguise.
