Their goal is to be financially successful. However, when they hit a bump in the road which may cost them mega bucks, is only when they seek help to slow down.
 
Life does not have to be difficult because success can be achieved with much less effort because of several simple and ignored ideas that not only can save you time and money but make your dream affordable.
 
And I am here to reveal 5 ways in which mediation and health can help you find peace of mind.
 
#1: Is meditation really good for your health!

Easing fears, anxiety and stress can keep your body from constantly being in the “fight or flight” mode. Daily reflection can turn unhappy thoughts to happy ones, negative emotions to positive ones, and disturbed thought process to those that are orderly and peaceful.

#2: In any case, is yoga a good form of meditation?

Yoga is a good example of using thoughtfulness to control our physical body and our thought processes. The movements are simple but they also include breathing exercises, and a calm and peaceful mind to allow the body to control movement and hold the poses.

3: But guess what? Meditation can give peace of mind.

Reflection is a great way to make your mind peaceful and free from thoughts that make you uncomfortable. Stress is a known contributor to many health problems including heart disease and cancer. Keeping our minds free of stress and unhappy thoughts can contribute to better health and a happier life.

Training our mind with thoughtfulness can help us deal with situations that are beyond our control. Maybe we are facing an important test, or speech. We cannot control that situation if we are in a classroom or work situation.

We can calm our minds and allow our thought processes to be uncluttered with distracting thoughts and situations.

#5: Now listen up: Meditation and deep breathing can help improve your health.

Reflection and deep breathing go hand in hand. Simply learning to breath correctly can help ease stress and prepare your body to focus on serene and calming thoughts. Breathing deeply from the bottom of our diaphragm will give our cells more oxygen, and help our brain to think clearly.

What Is Your Gift: Are You Missing This Basic Principle To Running A Successful Business?

What is Your Gift - Health and happinesSome entrepreneurs and solo preneurs are successful in business not knowing what is your gift and consequently unhappy with themselves. This experience can cost you a bundle emotionally and financially.
 
It breaks my heart to see well intentioned people suffer unnecessarily because they are not aware of some basic myths that not only uphold this story but make their life miserable and their dream appear hopeless.
 
And I am about to debunk this myth so that you can discover what is your gift and have a successful business.
 
Here’s the myth: Stress causes you to “be” the business.
 
Wayne: Is this a bad thing, being the business?

Cecil: I think being the business is an extremely bad thing. If you own your own business, you work in a business or have a business that deserves your attention, the challenge here is if you become the business, then all you’re doing is you are working and making money.

What needs to happen is the business needs to run itself whether you are an entrepreneur, you own the business, or anything you do in the context of the business.

It is really important that you understand this because from a health perspective, you cannot go 24/7.

Let’s assume you get called away from your business. Do you have structures in place to look after the business? This is where the business can actually fold because you are all there is to it.

I believe all of us have all been born with a special gift. The really important business we should be in is the business of finding out what is unique about us, what we are good at. When we find out what we’re good at, we should focus on that.

There are a lot of things we don’t particularly want to do. For me, I don’t like to do bank reconciliation. I just don’t want to do it. I know it’s important, but I don’t want to do it. I hire someone to do it.

You need to take a break for yourself.

The whole business that we should be in is the business of finding out what is unique about us, our products and our services. Find out what that is and focus on it.

Whatever other services you need, you can bring the experts in.

That way, you have a stronger foundation. You are providing the uniqueness of your business to your clients and you’re hiring the other people to support you.

Then you have a phenomenal business, which you can take off and leave whenever you choose to.

The whole concept here is that stress causes you to be the business.

No. You don’t need to be the business.

Now that you understand that knowing what is your gift is one of the secret to health and happiness there is not only hope but a define course of action you can take to start to move beyond any question or concerns once and for all. Just imagine how much more energy, clarity and fun you can have in life.

Does What is your gift hold the key to your next six-figure business idea?

Knowing What is Your Gift Makes You Smile. In all my years I have helped entrepreneurs and solopreneurs find what is your gift in life? I have seen it all. Every “secret”. Every trick. Every new idea which is really a spin on what has been around for years.
But when I heard this … I just sat back and smiled.

When you discover your gift or passion you will stop spinning your wheels buying each flavour of the month and start focusing on what is your gift and start having fun again.

We don’t have to do these things, but because we don’t know what we want for ourselves and we’re not happy with ourselves, we think we’re supposed to be like somebody else.

Who that somebody else is, I don’t really know.

Imagine for a moment what your life would be like when you are serving your customers and they keep coming back for more because of your unique services.

We seem to get so caught up in the, “I want to be like Harry or Jane.”

I say, “How about you?”

I believe, personally, that we have been put here on this earth with phenomenal gifts.

Each of our gifts is unique.

This would be a much better place if we shared that gift with the world.

However, I lost myself because of my desire to make a lot of money.

I suffered from excruciating back pain and was divorced and bankrupt.

You see I did not know how to listen to the subtle message that the universe was suggesting to me.

When I woke up and realized I was in denial and sought the appropriate help my life turned around and I discovered my passion.

As a result I am no longer in pain and focused on ONLY making money. I can stop and smell the roses.

My gift is to teach Empty Your Cup® relaxation, meditation and heal your chronic symptoms. That’s my gift. Fortunately for me, I know what it is.

The other important lesson for me was that I did not know how to ask for help because to me to satisfy others rather than myself seem so easy. I was also too hard on myself which created all kinds of health problems.

If we would take the time to accept ourselves, we would learn more about ourselves and become more confident with whatever we have. Whatever we have, we ought to share with the world and make the world a better place.

Now you may agree with me that it would great to share what is your gift, but as creatures of habit we tend to easily slip back into old patterns of behaviour. Just remember that if you always live in the past then there is no future.
