Stress Relief Tips: You Can Do IT! One Secret To Creating Better Health…

Stress Reliefs - SmileI was talking with Kathy, just a few days ago. Normally, these chats are fun and light hearted but then she said something that really stopped me cold.

She said you should share these stress relief tips on your blog because most overwhelmed entrepreneurs are too busy chasing success to stop and play and it is costing them mega bucks with regard to their health.

Now the answer is very simple because this short story will not only save you a ton of money but make your dream affordable.

Here are your stress relief tips which YOU CAN DO and which is one of the secrets of creating better health.

I was driving from Montreal to Toronto on the weekend and I notice that most of the gas stations were closed for renovations. I was running low on gas so I pulled off the high way into the next town (Nappanee) which indicated the closest gas station.

After we fuelled up the car, we figured we should fuel our bodies and get something quick to eat. There was a Tim Horton’s close by so we pulled up to the drive thru.

My wife wanted a medium coffee. My daughter needed a large tea, my granddaughter wanted chocolate timbits.

I placed the order my family wanted first, and then it was my turn to order.

So I ordered a medium Chai Tea and the lady asked me “What would you like in your tea?”

I replied JUST LIKE Me.

That response resulted in THREE interesting things happening:

#1: My wife and daughter started to argue with me and tell me I should not do that because how would she know.

#2: There was what appeared to be a long silence. The silence was deafening for that short period of time; however, the attendant replied “Black?” and we all had a great laugh.

#3: When I got to the window to pay for the order. I was greeted by not one but two SMILING ladies. Who said “you made our day.”

The interesting thing about embracing stress relief tips is the marvellous energy and exuberance you have.

The challenge is, without proper direction you can waste this valuable resource leaving you feeling frustrated and overwhelmed with nothing to show for your effort.

Be sure to follow the crucial tips that I have outlined. Through these points, you could be able to speed up the rate at which you attain your success. And this would definitely amaze you!

We love to hear what simple things you do to authentically create a smile! Comment below and share you experience. Peace.

Overwhelming Stress: How Do I Start Having My Annual Physical If I Am Afraid Of Going To The Doctor?

Overwhelming Stress Over Going to the DoctorMany entrepreneurs and solopreneurs suffer from overwhelming stress because of our fear of going to the doctor. This concern can have deadly consequences if our organs malfunction long enough to create chronic symptoms.

The root of our problem can be found in the many myths that we have come to accept as reality. These myths when challenged that not only save you money but make your dream of health and happiness come true. And I am about to reveal the myth that is most relevant to our concern.

Here’s the myth: Stress causes you to avoid having your annual physical

Wayne: Is that not just a time issue?

Cecil: It’s not a time issue.

If you had a business, at the end of the year, you would take stock.

If you had a crop, at the end of the year, you would have a harvest.

If you have a car, there are certain times you have maintenance checks.

If you have a house, there is a mortgage and insurance.

Everything comes up for renewal at a particular time. We do these things on a regular basis.

What happens to the annual physical?

The annual physical is something that is taken for granted because it’s about us.

We don’t want to deal with ourselves.

In my 14 years of private practice, I have found that we put ourselves in the background.

We only pay attention when there are health issues or consequences for lack of looking after ourselves.

I asked an interesting question the other day. I asked someone, “Do you have a heart?” and they said, “Yes.” I asked, “Which side is it on?” and they had no clue!

That’s the problem. We take our bodies for granted.

We have issues with looking after the body and think it will always be the way it is.

It hurts my heart to see good intention entrepreneurs suffer from overwhelming stress rather than have an annual physical. So I hope you will take the priceless information you discovered in the last few minutes to avoid this trap. And to realize the health and happiness is very important to our well being. It is possible and only a few short steps away.

We appreciate your comments. Tell us what you think below.

8 Things I Wish I Knew about the Affects Of Stress Before I Started My Sale Career…

Affects of Stress on a SalespersonIn my many years of working with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs they are so busy that they do not even recognize the affect of stress on their dream.

This dream of enjoying exotic holidays, at holiday destinations with white sandy beaches while accompanied by your wonderful partner as you enjoy a healthy life style.

However, there are many myths that stop you from achieving your goal. And I am going to address one of them which will demonstrate how you can avoid the affects of stress and find your purpose in life.

The myth is: Stress causes you to be in the hospital with chest pains.

Wayne: That is stress, isn’t it? How can that be a myth, Cecil?

Cecil: I can use myself as a personal example. I had my physical yesterday. I have a doctor I’ve known now for over 35 years.

I went to his office with a pain in my chest. I remember this very vividly. He actually personally took me out of his office, downstairs to his car and to the emergency room.

When I got to emergency room, I said, “What am I doing here?” That’s when I discovered I had some issues. The myth here is not about stress causing you to be in the hospital with chest pains.

Tip #1:

I was working for a major corporation which was very stressful. I wasn’t making the adjustment very well.

Tip #2:

The whole problem was that I wasn’t taking care of myself.

Tip #3:

I was very busy working at their schedule.

Tip #4:

Yes, it was a very stressful situation but I never took control.

Tip #5:

I never was focused enough to solve the problem.

When I got to the hospital, I realized, “I have to have a different look at my life.”

Tip #6:

When I looked at my life, I discovered I wasn’t focused enough.

I was taking too many breaks.

I was goofing off. I decided, “I have to solve this problem.”

Tip #7:

I decided to work from 9 to 3. It was a very high-paying job and very stressful but I was working all weekends and nights. I thought, “This is ridiculous.”

I decided I would work from 9 to 3 but it would be tight, meaning my breaks would be very tight and whenever I finished a sale I would write up the sale then and there.

I would do everything tight, and at three o’clock, I would be finished.

Tip #8:

Whatever got done between 9 and 3 would get done and there would be no more working on weekends, nothing.

It was the most productive year I ever had. All of a sudden, I didn’t blink. I just said, “This is what I want to do.” This was a message to me to smarten up.

I was amazed at how much I accomplished and how sharp, effective and productive I was.

Simply follow the steps above and you will avoid the affects of stress in your sales career. Now, I challenge you to do something about your problem by finding a piece of paper and getting busy following the strategy I outlined above.

We eagerly look forward to hearing your stories of success and even enjoying life’s challenges by means of these new approaches. Peace.
