Reduce Stress: How Do I Start To Reduce Stress If I Have Never Done It Before?

Reduce StressMost stressed-out, over-worked execs or entrepreneurs that I have facilitated over the last 14 years are frustrated because they do not know how to reduce stress.
 
I KNOW that overwhelm is one of my reader’s top concerns, and that not knowing the answer is not only driving them crazy, but costing them big time in terms of lost productivity, emotional toll and financial resources.
 
Overwhelm can cost you a bundle in prescription drugs to try to combat the presence of high blood pressure and other health issues because of INACTION.
 
Starting and following a program to find time for yourself without feeling guilty is hard because the mindset is on starting … with very few finishing.
There are FIVE reasons why you are unable to reduce stress and I am going to explain each of them so that you can get rid of stress once and for all and achieve your dream of taking consistent action towards your goals.

So instead of Doing you are Questioning. The more you question, the less you do. This is a vicious circle that ends in the development of an attitude of inaction.

What is your cost of inaction?

Let’s say you could reduce stress which will allow you to consistently cut down on the cost of your lost productivity, emotional toll or financial resources by at least 5% each month.

1. You have a problem in your relationship and your logical mind begins to ask questions. Questions such as “why is my partner is so stupid?” may seem familiar to you and cause you to become frustrated. You may express your frustration inappropriately which only inflames an already stressed out relationship. How is that going to help improve the communication in your relationship?

2. You are hard on yourself because you logical mind tells you that you are not good enough. This belief forces you to consistently seek perfection, which only creates all kinds of health problems
