Stress Reliefs - SmileI was talking with Kathy, just a few days ago. Normally, these chats are fun and light hearted but then she said something that really stopped me cold.

Now the answer is very simple because this short story will not only save you a ton of money but make your dream affordable.

Here are your stress relief tips which YOU CAN DO and which is one of the secrets of creating better health.

I was driving from Montreal to Toronto on the weekend and I notice that most of the gas stations were closed for renovations. I was running low on gas so I pulled off the high way into the next town (Nappanee) which indicated the closest gas station.

After we fuelled up the car, we figured we should fuel our bodies and get something quick to eat. There was a Tim Horton’s close by so we pulled up to the drive thru.

My wife wanted a medium coffee. My daughter needed a large tea, my granddaughter wanted chocolate timbits.

I placed the order my family wanted first, and then it was my turn to order.

So I ordered a medium Chai Tea and the lady asked me “What would you like in your tea?”

I replied JUST LIKE Me.

That response resulted in THREE interesting things happening:

#1: My wife and daughter started to argue with me and tell me I should not do that because how would she know.

#2: There was what appeared to be a long silence. The silence was deafening for that short period of time; however, the attendant replied “Black?” and we all had a great laugh.

#3: When I got to the window to pay for the order. I was greeted by not one but two SMILING ladies. Who said “you made our day.”

The interesting thing about embracing stress relief tips is the marvellous energy and exuberance you have.

The challenge is, without proper direction you can waste this valuable resource leaving you feeling frustrated and overwhelmed with nothing to show for your effort.

Stop Negative ThinkingMost entrepreneurs and solopreneurs that I facilitate have difficulty when it comes to be able to stop negative thinking. Negative thoughts can cost you a bundle in achieving your goal of financial success.
 
Negative attitudes and thoughts release a poison into our bodies and that causes more negativity and feelings of unhappiness. This paves the way for failure, disappointments, and frustrations.
 
There are several little known resources, tips ideas that not only can save you a ton of money, but make you dream affordable. And I am about to reveal 3 simple stress management tips to stop negative thinking.
 
#1: Smile
 
If you have been raised in a negative atmosphere, it may be difficult at first to start thinking in a positive way. The first step is to smile more. A smile is said to be contagious. Try smiling at a stranger and see if it is returned. Smiling gives you a healthier sense of well-being and it takes fewer muscles than frowning!

#2: Thoughts and attitude

Thoughts and attitudes cannot be changed in an instant or even over night. It takes work to make your mind aware that it is thinking negative thoughts or putting out negative images.

It has to be trained to think only good and positive thoughts. Visualize positive outcomes to the situations in your life.

This will take patience and perseverance and it is something that will need to be worked on every day. Soon, positive thinking will become more natural and you will think good thoughts automatically.

#3: Visualization

Visualization is a great way of turning negative thoughts into positive ones.

When a situation pops up, look at it and allow your mind to see a positive outcome. Expect things to work out instead of picturing the worst possible outcome.

You may believe the power of positive thinking is a dream or a myth. Why not give it a try for just a few days or a week.

See if your attitude will change toward your circumstances.

Remember, positive attracts positive.

Smile often! It may change your life and help you achieve your dreams.

One of the biggest obstacles that prevent entrepreneurs and solopreneurs from being able to stop thinking negative is that they are too busy.

6 (six) step action plan to focus for success and find more time

The 6 (Six) step action plan to focus for success and find more time is
very simple if you follow all the steps. In my private practice most
people tend to ignore step #6.

Let me explain.

Mary wanted to set goals to begin the New Year and enjoy
stress relief. In order for your plan to be successful there
are 5 steps you need to take.

Your plan must be SMARTV;

1. Specific 2. Measurable3. Achievable

4. Realistic5. Timed

6. Visualized.

Mary’s goal was to make $60,000.00.

1. Specific – You need to know specifically how you are going to make
that money. What profession or activity are you involved in?

2. Measurable – Your goal is $60,000.00, so how much do you have to
make per month? $60,000.00 divided by 12 = $5000.00. Per month.

Per Week

How much do you have to make per week to achieve your goal $ 5000.00
divided by 4 =$1250 per week?

Per Day

How much do you have to make per day (excluding weekend) to achieve your
goal is $1250 divided by 5 = $250.00 per day?

3. Achievable - In your profession or activity is it realistic for
you to make $1250.00 per week or $250.00 per day of a 5 day week?

If your weekly or daily numbers are unrealistic you will have to reconsider
your overall goal because they are not realistic.

4. Realistic – A University education can take 2 to 4 years to complete.
If your vocation requires that you complete your program before you enter your
profession, then it would be unrealistic to think you can start you internship
within your first year of studies if you’re are required
to complete your university education first.

5. Timed – Your goal must also be achievable in a certain
time frame. You may start with a year but may discover that because
it is unrealistic you need to change your time to 1 1/2 or 2 years to make your
goal measurable and achievable.

6. Visualized – Lastly you need to visualize yourself actually
accomplishing you goal. It is very important that this visualization be
done with feeling. You have to experience the feeling of accomplishment, what
does that looks like? Your positive self talk rather than negative self talk is also necessary.

This visualization needs be done as soon as you have decided on your
goal which is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed.
Visualization is often overlooked but when incorporated into your
goal setting process it is like the icing on the cake or the cement
that holds the plan together.

You also need to understand that there will always be people who will
tell you it is impossible to achieve your goal. So in 2007 surround yourself
with positive people who encourage to achieve your goals.
