When I stopped to pay attention to that, that’s when my whole gift of relaxation and meditation was able to come true. I realized I had a gift and wasn’t using it.
The chest pain for me was very profound because it triggered a ripple effect in regard to health that has allowed me to be where I am today and to teach what I do today.
One of the biggest obstacles that prevent entrepreneurs and solopreneurs from having a point of focus is that we are too busy chasing the latest FAD. Consequently, we are easily distracted and lose our sense of purpose.
