Interesting meditation. The quote that resonated with me the most is “Silence is one of the most effective forms of communication” And for me the waterfall image was the most pleasant. At the end of the video, I felt energized. Thanks for sharing.
Most entrepreneurs are in a constant rush to get things done.
Therefore finding a moment of silence can be very difficult.
However, a meditation moment or “moments” during your day can create a pleasant image which can make you feel energized so that you have more clarity to be more productive in the midst of chaos.
