Working moms and busy business people are flirts. Some people get stress from flirting while others get stress relief.

Let me explain

Harry told his partner Sue that she was a flirt. She disagreed strongly lost her temper and a heated stressful discussion soon escalated into an incisive blood and guts war of words.

Are you a flirt?

If your partner thinks or perceives you as a flirt, then you are a flirt. You may disagree with me but whatever your partner believes about you is his or her truth. Their truth is the truth from their perspective, and you better not attempt to convince him/her otherwise.

Secret

You see… the secret to stress relief in this situation is to accept your partner’s belief because trust me you cannot change their belief.

Accept

Think about it, when you accept and acknowledge that your partner thinks of you as a flirt then you will experience stress relief because you will no longer get angry when you are called a flirt.

How to be a relaxed flirt

Whether you are a flirt or not, when you acknowledge your partner’s perspective, you allow him/her to enjoy stress relief and you too have peace of mind. This is possible because you are no longer stressed out and losing your temper. Instead you are loose and relaxed when called a flirt.

Therefore you may now become a relaxed (flirt) enjoying stress relief.

So what is the moral of the story?
